Department of Education
The Department of Education at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) was established in 2017 and offers a Bachelor of Education degree upon completion of a four-year program. The department is committed to preparing graduates with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to serve society and the nation. With a focus on diversity, excellence, and social responsibility, the faculty and staff strive to align teaching and research with the evolving demands of the educational sector. Department of Educational Administration
The Faculty of Education at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) began its journey in 2017 with the approval of the University Grants Commission (UGC). Initially established with the Department of Education, the faculty expanded in 2018 with the inception of the Department of Educational Administration. This addition aimed to enhance the capacity of existing human resources in education sector and provide skilled, trained professionals to meet the demands of the 21st-century education system. The Department of Educational Administration aspires to elevate NSTU’s reputation through impactful research and innovation addressing national and global educational challenges. By identifying problems, proposing solutions, and providing research-based insights for policy and program formulation, the department seeks to play a pivotal role in shaping education at both national and international levels. Dedicated to developing educational leaders, administrators and managers capable of transforming education systems, the department focuses on integrating 21st-century educational technologies with the strengths of Bangladesh’s traditional education system. Furthermore, the department contributes to education planning, curriculum development, and reshaping teaching and learning methods to benefit students across all educational levels, from school to university.
