The Shaheed Mugdho Medical Center at NSTU offers free general practitioner and emergency medical services to students, faculty, staff, and their families.
Regular services are available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on working days. Emergency services are available 24/7, including an on-call ambulance.

- Routine medical checkups (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
- Treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries
- Minor surgical procedures and wound management (e.g. abscess drainage)
- On-field minor sports injury management
- Travel health consultation and advice
- Emergency asthma management (nebulizer & oxygen mask)
- Free blood sugar testing via glucometer
- Referral to specialist doctors as needed
- Issuance of medical certificates
- Medical assessment and pre-employment fitness certification
