Vision
To become a center of excellence in political science and research by fostering intellectual curiosity, critical inquiry, ethical citizenship and innovation that contribute to national progress, good governance and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Mission
1. To ensure excellence in education and research by delivering outcome-based, high-quality instruction in political science, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills, and promoting innovative, policy-relevant research that contributes to national and global knowledge advancement.
2. To develop leadership capacity, employability, and global engagement by equipping students with transferable skills, ethical values, and international perspectives, enabling them to excel in diverse professional settings and actively participate in the global community.
3. To promote inclusive citizenship and sustainable development by nurturing social responsibility, democratic values, and awareness of equity and sustainability issues, thereby empowering graduates to contribute effectively to good governance and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
