The Registrar Office at NSTU is committed to lay its best effort at every field/department and discharge privileges to its stakeholders. The task of the Registrar office is to provide support to every student with enrollment/registration, course information and keep the student's records to dispense degree clearance and certification in congruence with the existing university statute. Moreover, the office takes care of every necessity to ensure quality education by employing competent faculties for academic purposes and administrative staff of various offices. Furthermore, the office facilitates multiple sections such as education section, council section, establishment section, administrative section, estate & housing section, security section, central store section and despatch section where stakeholders come to the directives for varsity needs and the regulation for executing different tasks and improving the communication. The Registrar’s Office is located on the second floor at the Administration Building.

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Registrar Office of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU).
The Registrar Office is one of the central administrative bodies of the university, dedicated to ensuring efficient academic and administrative services for students, teachers, officers, staff, and all stakeholders. We are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and excellence in every aspect of our responsibilities. Our office works tirelessly to facilitate student enrollment and registration activities, preserve academic records, provide course-related information, and process degree clearance and certification in accordance with the university statutes and regulations. We also coordinate various administrative sections to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of university activities.
At NSTU, we strongly believe that quality education depends not only on academic excellence but also on a well-organized administrative framework. Therefore, the Registrar Office continuously strives to support the university by ensuring proper management of administrative affairs and by providing timely services to the university community. I firmly believe that through dedication, cooperation, and innovation, we will continue to strengthen the administrative excellence of NSTU and contribute to the advancement of higher education in Bangladesh.
