Thesis Title: Mechanistic approaches of neuroprotection of the Euphorbia tithymaloides methanolic extract in Alzheimer’s disease model mice.
Overview: Present study has been designed to create an Alzheimer disease in mice by continuous treatment with AlCl3 and d-Galactose. E. tithymaloides extract will be given simultaneously. Finally the neuroprotective efficacy of this crude extract will be investigated.

Thesis Title: Evaluation of solvent-based anthelmintic efficacies of Phyla nodiflora: In-vitro and In-silico investigations
Overview: The study focuses on assessing the anthelmintic activity through in-vitro assays using earth-worms and c. elegans models to determine the efficacy, dose dependency, and solvent influence on bioactive compound extraction. Additionally, in-silico molecular docking will be employed to identify and analyze phytoconstituents with strong binding affinities toward key helminthic target proteins, providing mechanistic insights into their mode of action. The combined in-vitro and in-silico approach will help correlate biological efficacy with molecular interactions, supporting the potential of Phyla nodiflora as a source of natural anthelmintic agents. This project may contribute to developing cost-effective, plant-based alternatives to synthetic anthelmintic drugs, addressing drug resistance and safety concerns.
