Marjia Sultana

Dr. Marjia Sultana is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition Science at Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. She holds a PhD in Food Science & Technology from Monash University, with her research focusing on functional foods, probiotics, and novel food product development. Her expertise spans maternal and child nutrition, geriatric nutrition, food safety, psychiatric health, and dietary management. Dr. Sultana has published extensively in high-impact international journals and contributed to book chapters on public health nutrition. She has also led and collaborated on multiple national and international research projects, including partnerships with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Recognized with several prestigious awards and fellowships, she continues to advance scientific knowledge on the role of nutrition and functional foods in promoting holistic wellness.
