Dr. Marjia Sultana is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition Science at Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. She holds a PhD in Food Science & Technology from Monash University, with her research focusing on functional foods, probiotics, and novel food product development. Her expertise spans maternal and child nutrition, geriatric nutrition, food safety, psychiatric health, and dietary management.
