Lecturer
Md Shariful Islam
Md. Shariful Islam is a faculty member in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at NSTU. Before joining here, he served as a Lecturer for over six years in BMB at Tejgaon College, affiliated with the National University of Bangladesh. Earlier, he gained more than one year of industrial research experience at Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited. His research interests include molecular biology, clinical biochemistry, and bioinformatics.

BIOGRAPHY
Md Shariful Islam joined the Department of BMB at NSTU as a Lecturer in July 2025. Before joining NSTU, Mr. Shariful served as a faculty member at Tejgaon College, affiliated with the National University of Bangladesh, where he gained more than six years of teaching experience in BMB. His professional career has been complemented by over one year of industrial research experience as an R&D officer at Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited (HPL) in Bangladesh. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees with a thesis in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Jahangirnagar University.
