NSTU is situated in a primarily rural area. The original campus area was a low laying field. NSTU was established towards the goal of enhancing the education and economy of this remote region.
NSTU has three academic buildings. The third academic building is currently under construction, and after being completed, it will be one of the largest academic buildings in the country.
NSTU has five halls of residence for students, three for males and two for females and others. The residential halls are equipped with modern amenities to ensure a worry-free stay, allowing students to focus more on their studies.
NSTU has a number of landmarks in its campus. The Shaheed Minar, commemorating the martyr’s of 1952 and 1971, is situated near the entrance of NSTU campus. The structure is designed after the shape of a pen, and gives us a motivation to rise up as a nation using the power of education.
